I think I'm crazy. Actually, I don't think I'm crazy. I'm pretty sure I'm absolutely bananas. Dictionary.com defines insanity as follows:

I've tried and stopped doing the 10k Trainer by Zen Labs numerous times, but I usually quit around week 3 or 4. I noticed this week that my vacation to Castaway Cay and Grand Cayman is in 15 weeks. The 10k Trainer is also 15 weeks. There's a 5k on Castaway Cay that's free, and I'm all about memorable activities that won't cost me money.
Right now, it's looking like my sister, our friend, and I will do the 5k as soon as we get off the boat, and spend the rest of the day at the Adult's only beach, reading, sunning ourselves, and hopefully sipping on fruity cocktails.
How is all this crazy, you ask? How many times have I started the 10k trainer, and just stopped? More than I can remember. It's starting to feel a little foolish that I keep going into it, thinking the outcome will be different. The outcome will remain the same until it isn't. Hopefully this time, it'll be different, but we'll see.
